Sough and Sea Surf Therapy Co’path and Cove 2026 P1
We’re excited to share that in 2026, Groundswell Scotland will deliver two Sough & Sea programmes, supporting women and non-binary people to build wellbeing, resilience, and connection through surf therapy, nature, and community 🌊🌿 Running between June and October, across coastal and woodland settings, participants will develop confidence, ocean awareness, and environmental skills—while forming meaningful peer connections and deepening their relationship with nature.
